It's after "quitting time" and they won't leave! LOL! We have the room till noon so I guess there is something more interesting than a bunch of big tall men dribbling.

11:15 We have about 10 minutes left before we HAVE to leave (there's basketball here!). Everyone is ignoring my picture taking; engrossed in what they're doing. Sandy Carmany has two mentors (she's popular!).

Jay, Ed and Pricey are debating colors. Ed says that it wastes too much of his time. We're also playing musical chairs. Jay is now working with Tom and Ed is with Pricey. Lots of fun here.

Still haven't figured out how to re-set the clock permanently. Jerry is standing between two "students" and going between them, back and forth. I heard him say, "trust me, I know what I'm doing."

I just reset the time on the blogspot control panel. Not everyone lives on the left coast. We talked about Greensboro101 as an "aggregator." I think that's going to be "word of the year" in 2005. Check out Greensboro is Talking (another type of aggregator).

11:00 a.m. I just took a bunch of photos (disturbed everyone) and will post them later. Tom and Ed are having philosophical discussions while Jerry is double-teaming two "mentees". Lots of fun; great crowd!

10:53 a.m. Pricey Harrison is taking this very seriously with Jay Ovittore. She's wondering how to make time in her hectic schedule to blog. Ed Cone has ideas, especially because Pricey has a weekly constituent email message.

The N&R (really John Robinson) gave us hats. You can wear one only if you live through the teach-in (without coffee, not allowed in the lab). Swag is a good thing; tip of the cap to John.
